We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of multifamily construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all stages of project life cycle, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and workforce on the construction site.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality of workmanship.
  • Resolve work-related issues, including disputes, accidents, and delays.
  • Report regularly on project status to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Implement and enforce rigorous quality control and safety programs on the job site.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in multifamily construction projects.
  • Proven experience in ground-up construction is essential.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, OSHA guidelines, and building codes.
  • Exceptional leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in construction-related software.
  • A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
