Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial assessments of all new projects, products, and promotions related to designated business lines.
  • Independently evaluate proposed projects or initiatives to determine their financial justification.
  • Formulate annual budget plans and analyze monthly performance against these plans for assigned departments.
  • Develop essential performance metrics for non-financial managers to enhance their operational efficiency.
  • Identify, analyze, and report on key business indicators that influence growth, profitability, and the achievement of strategic goals.
  • Provide analytical and problem-solving support to key management personnel.
  • Lead category teams and other departments in identifying and executing profit enhancement projects.

Qualifications

  • Willingness to relocate as needed.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics with outstanding academic performance.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial analyst role, with a strong preference for FP&A experience.
  • Solid financial acumen.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with VBA and SQL is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively.
  • Capacity to perform essential duties with efficiency and precision.
