Human Resources Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Director to join our team at Omni Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for directing all areas of Human Resource administration, including recruiting, salary administration, associate services, associate benefits, management development/training, and labor relations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to identify management-level positions and hourly positions.
- Drive and reinforce the Omni Culture, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Administer salary administration policies and programs, reviewing and adjusting salary ranges annually, conducting local wage surveys, and monitoring merit increases.
- Coordinate management development and associate training, recommending new programs based on need.
- Oversee associate benefit program administration, staying up-to-date on federal and state laws affecting associates and operations.
- Provide counsel and assistance to management personnel on associate problems related to supervision and administration.
- Conduct annual associate engagement surveys in conjunction with corporate personnel.
- Four or more years of experience in HR management in a four or five diamond property hotel with over 300 associates.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with PHR certification preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully managing in an upscale hotel environment, with leadership skills that support employee growth and development, interdepartmental teamwork, and exceptional customer service.
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, and creative leader who thrives under pressure and can perform multiple functions and troubleshoot when needed.
- Service and detail-oriented, with a friendly and approachable demeanor and strong problem-solving skills.
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Windows.
- Ability to sit and utilize telephone/computer for an extended period.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
