Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Asheville, North Carolina. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the human resource experience for Pratt & Whitney Asheville employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR support to employees on the production floor, including answering general HR, benefits, and system access questions.
  • Assist employees with connecting and referring them to appropriate resources, such as RTX Communities of Expertise, People Services, or the Help Desk.
  • Produce and distribute personnel reports, coordinate new hire orientation, and audit the 180-day Introductory Period performance evaluations.
  • Support supervisors with policy questions and new supervisor training, and provide assistance with the Employee Resource Group and Employee Engagement teams.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent with 5 years of customer service or Human Resources experience; OR Associate's Degree with 2 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. Citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
