Job Overview

Position Summary:
We are looking for a meticulous and organized Human Resources Support Specialist to become a part of our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing administrative assistance and supporting daily operations within the HR department.

Key Responsibilities:
As a key member of the HR team, you will:

  • Assist HR directors and the overall human resources division by managing personnel records, drafting communications, and executing various administrative tasks.
  • Support HR managers in achieving their objectives by performing essential clerical functions.
  • Maintain employee records by accurately entering employment and status-change information, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive data.
  • Document important HR activities such as grievances, absences, terminations, compensation details, and performance evaluations.
  • Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for new hires.
  • Post job vacancies, collect applicant information, and communicate hiring updates to candidates.
  • Coordinate office events, including holiday celebrations and travel arrangements for executives.
  • Facilitate new employee orientation by providing essential information packets.
  • Contribute to policy reviews by collecting payroll data and securing necessary signatures for benefits enrollment.

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: $19.50 per hour

Expected Work Hours: 40 hours per week
