Responsibilities:
  • Provide detailed, high-level support to Regional Sales Representatives and Regional Manager, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
  • Act as a liaison between Sales Team, Customers, and Internal Departments, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
  • Manage Account Maintenance, including ADF Completion, new product item numbers, specification changes, price changes, new customer credit applications, and credit reference requests.
  • Ensure SOX compliance within respective territory, providing data and responses for external and internal price audits.
  • Manage Complaint process, entering all complaints into Salesforce, following up on investigations, and creating formalized responses to customer complaints.
  • Manage and administer Index and Market price adjustments within the region, including system updates and correspondence to customers.
  • Respond to customer requests for spec sheets, marketing materials, and certifications, as well as Surveys and RFI's.
  • Investigate customer short pays within the region, making corrections to the system and issuing credits when approved.
  • Assist territory reps with RFQ preparation and support Drop Trailer initiatives within the region.
  • Attend and participate in Team Meetings, contributing to the success of the sales team.
Requirements:
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
  • Detailed-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to multi-task in a highly diversified work environment.
  • Strong customer service advocacy and problem-solving skills.
  • QAD or Solomon experience preferred.
  • Microsoft Office Suite - basic to above-average computer skills including Excel.
  • CRM experience preferred - Salesforce (CRM) plus.
  • Professional verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work with a multitude of personalities.
  • Strong problem-solving ability.
