Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Installation Specialist to join our team at Diamond Mowers. As an Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for training dealers on the safe and efficient installation of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Expertise: Represent Diamond Mowers as a product expert at dealer locations, providing in-depth knowledge and training on our products.
  • Training and Development: Collaborate with our operations team to develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our dealers and customers.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Quality Assurance: Work closely with our quality assurance team to ensure that our products are installed and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with dealers, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of training programs and customer support.
Requirements
  • Technical Background: 2-3 years of technical experience with products, with a strong understanding of installation and maintenance procedures.
  • Training Experience: 1-3 years of experience delivering technical training, with a proven track record of success.
  • Continuous Learning: Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
