Primary Duties:

  • Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support.
  • Ensure the Kubernetes platform remains reliable, accessible, and efficient.
  • Design solutions that enhance the reliability, scalability, performance, and efficiency of services.
  • Investigate and resolve service issues from hardware to application code.
  • Develop and maintain the necessary infrastructure to support operations.
  • Assist users in effectively utilizing Kubernetes.
  • Create comprehensive documentation.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of four years in a role as an SRE, Sysadmin, or Systems Engineer.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with Kubernetes, OpenShift, Helm, Prometheus, RHEL, Puppet, Python, and Golang.
