Layout Field Engineer

The Field Engineer is responsible for ensuring the safe and accurate execution of layout activities on commercial concrete construction projects. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and accurate layout completion
- Develop and implement layout plans to meet project requirements
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with field engineers and project managers to resolve layout-related issues
- Provide training and guidance to junior field engineers on layout procedures and best practices
- High school diploma or equivalent and 3 years of related experience
- Knowledge of commercial concrete construction processes and procedures
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
