We at Coforge are hiring a Site Reliability Engineer with the following skillset:

The primary focus of this role is to work alongside the intake team to onboard and deploy monitoring/observability, facilitate both proactive and post root-cause analysis, capacity trending, effective escalation, and rapid recovery of service-affecting incidents that may arise in the environment that may prevent our advisors and investors from success.


Responsibilities:
You will be a lead following all production processes in deploying monitoring, creating, maintaining, analyzing, and improving system monitoring

You will utilize your rich skillset, experience, and monitoring tools, such as CloudWatch, Dynatrace, SolarWinds, AlertSite, ELK/Kibana, among others, to analyze and troubleshoot anomalies and trends within a dynamic and complex hybrid environment.

Assist alongside the intake team in process and procedure improvement efforts
Ensure that incidents are properly engaged, resolved, and documented in a concise, accurate, and timely manner.

Core Competencies:

Preferences:
Dynatrace associate or master certification preferred.

Requirements:
3 years of cross-platform experience in deploying web-based architectures using Terraform, Octopus or Ansible from a Github base.
Primary focus will be implementing observability solutions using Dynatrace.
Advanced knowledge troubleshooting and monitoring using CloudWatch and other related Observability Tools.
Rich experience in metrics and observability and logging tools, such as SolarWinds/ELK/Kibana, experience in debugging system/processes/applications, and keen troubleshooting instincts
Expert level ability in script development, using languages such as Powershell and Python
Experience with middleware service layers, such as F5, Tibco, Datapower, MuleSoft, caching technologies, Database technologies such as MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL, Aurora RDM, MapR, Authentication such as PingFederate, Forgerock, Robotic Process Automation such as Workfusion
