Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop electrical systems with a strong focus on safety, reliability, and efficiency
  • Collaborate with clients, vendors, contractors, architects, and fellow engineers to produce coordinated construction documents
  • Write coordinated specifications, drawings, schematics, diagrams, and details satisfying client requirements, codes, and other disciplines
  • Perform feasibility studies and life cycle costs for industrial, domestic, and commercial technical developments
  • Supervise staff assigned to you and ensure projects are completed on time within the specified budget, construction, and engineering
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an ABET institution
  • 5-10 years of experience in electrical engineering
  • PE license from one or more states
  • Experience in commercial facilities, retail facilities, industrial facilities, educational facilities, municipal facilities, government facilities, healthcare facilities, high-rise facilities, transportation facilities, data centers, utilities generation & distribution

Physical Demands:

This role requires sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Exerts up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.

Working Environment:

Work is generally conducted indoors in an office setting with occasional travel to project sites. May serve as a Field Engineer during construction.
