Valet Site Lead

Metropolis Corp is revolutionizing the way we interact with the physical world. As a Valet Site Lead, you will play a crucial role in enabling seamless transactions and enhancing the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of hourly staff to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure all elements of the operation meet Premier standards, including customer service, data entry, and equipment maintenance.
  • Provide training to new employees and communicate with the Operations Manager to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Work independently and as part of the team to achieve common goals.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
  • Reliability, responsibility, and ability to detect safety concerns.
  • Ability to work in a diverse environment and be sensitive to issues of diversity and inclusion.
Physical Demands:
  • Regularly required to stand, talk, and handle or feel objects.
  • Frequently required to reach and handle keys.
  • Occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
  • Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Work Environment:

The employee must be able to work in all outdoor weather conditions and wear a uniform and follow appropriate grooming standards.
