">The Role
">We are seeking a Corporate Development Director to accelerate our delivery against stated goals through strategic bolt-on M&A. This role involves evaluating deals through due diligence and post-close financial review, working closely with business leaders and cross-functional partners to lead various aspects of the M&A process.
">Responsibilities

- Lead the due diligence process for individual acquisitions or divestitures, coordinating tasks and completing certain due diligence aspects.">
- Negotiate key terms with sellers and/or brokers within the LOI and final purchase agreement.">
- Track contingent payments and recalculate amounts due, coordinating with accounting & treasury on payment releases.">
- Periodically review financial results of acquisitions relative to planned results during evaluation.">
- Review department budget monthly, facilitate reclassifications if needed, and provide executive summaries and forecast recommendations.">
Requirements
">This position requires:

- 10+ years of total experience.">
- 2+ years of deal experience in consulting, investment banking, or industry.">
- Strong organization and prioritization skills; ability to pivot.">
- Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and communicate risks.">
- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to lead through influence.">
Compensation and Benefits
">This role offers a competitive salary range of $145,000 - $218,000, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The position is eligible for annual bonus and profit sharing based on company performance, as well as other benefits including comprehensive insurance coverage, corporate fitness center access, wellness program, 401K with employer match, discounted company stock, profit sharing, generous paid time off, leadership flex hybrid work environment, and growth opportunities through company-sponsored leadership development courses and trainings.
