About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Success Strategist to play a key role in ensuring the success of our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, actively working to ensure clients receive the most value from ADROIT services.

You will onboard clients and train new users on the ADROIT client dashboard and application. Your primary goal is to ensure clients are satisfied with our services and resolve any issues that may arise.

The ideal candidate will have experience in client success, with a proven track record of success in managing client accounts and resolving issues.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client accounts to ensure they receive the most value from ADROIT services.
  • Onboard clients and train new users on the ADROIT client dashboard and application.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve client satisfaction and reduce response times.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in client success or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in managing client accounts and resolving issues.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
