MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 6 months of relevant experience required
  • Data entry proficiency of 25-40 keystrokes per minute required
  • Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Outlook

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide professional and timely responses to incoming calls, emails, and faxed inquiries regarding treatment options.
  • Initiate outbound communications to gather information about treatment options and placement requests.
  • Conduct calls to healthcare facilities to finalize placement requests.
  • Collaborate with Field Operations to establish and strengthen relationships with healthcare providers.
  • Meet performance metrics and adhere to quality assurance standards for communication.
  • Utilize available resources to coordinate and complete patient placements effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of data received from the field and input it into the appropriate systems.
  • Work under supervision to enhance processes that support growth in patient placements and treatment options.
  • Foster positive relationships with hospitals, case managers, and internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Achieve departmental goals and metrics consistently.
  • Be available to work during non-traditional hours to accommodate patient needs across different time zones.
  • Comply with HIPAA regulations to maintain the confidentiality of patient health information.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn about relevant medical conditions and treatment options.
  • Exhibit strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Maintain a customer-centered approach in all interactions.
  • Show empathy towards customers while remaining focused on operational objectives.
  • Display excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Pay close attention to detail and follow through on tasks diligently.
  • Proactively contribute knowledge to improve processes and refine procedures.
  • Be open to working overtime as needed.
  • Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality as required by the position.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in other locations to ensure service excellence.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
