Job Overview

SUMMARY

The Consumer Lease Servicing Representative will manage a variety of consumer lease servicing requests for members, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of services while providing exceptional member support. This role is dedicated to nurturing existing member relationships and enhancing operational efficiency. The representative will uphold the service level agreements established between S3 and affiliated credit unions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle all types of lease maintenance requests in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Assist in all lease servicing activities, including loan account management, lien releases, vehicle title processing, and member assistance.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of operational policies, guidelines, products, and services of partner credit unions.
  • Address inquiries from internal credit union partners, third parties, and external members promptly and professionally.
  • Investigate and resolve any compliance issues related to lease servicing.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 2 years of experience in Consumer Loan Servicing.
  • Preferred experience in Lease Servicing functions and vehicle title processing.
  • Strong understanding of State and Federal regulations relevant to the consumer lending sector.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively while demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks based on departmental needs and customer requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours as necessary.
  • Capability to multitask across different areas of the unit.
  • Aptitude for independent work as well as collaboration within a team.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Salary range is targeted between $38,000.00 and $43,000.00 based on qualifications.
