Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and respond to chat and email requests from Association staff, ensuring proper phone coverage and timely responses.
- Process daily workload and provide status updates to internal and external customers, ensuring accurate and complete data entry.
- Collaborate with internal departments and managers to provide customer service support and feedback, driving continuous improvement.
- Perform service coordination activities for processing memberships and explaining benefits, ensuring a seamless experience for our members.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, identifying and meeting their needs through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date on Association products, services, and policies, providing expert knowledge to customers and internal stakeholders.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
- At least two years of experience in sales, client management, call center, or customer support, with a proven track record of selling or upselling higher levels of products/services.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software systems.
The Service Center Representative will work in a professional office environment, with occasional travel to conferences and meetings. Regular attendance and punctuality are essential for this role.
