Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome each guest warmly, facilitating their check-in and check-out processes while ensuring accurate room assignments and key distribution.
  • Handle incoming calls and manage online and in-person booking requests, providing information regarding room rates, availability, amenities, loyalty programs, and special requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions to ensure proper bookkeeping.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping to guarantee that rooms are prepared for incoming guests.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints as necessary to uphold guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Preferred: 1 year of experience in hospitality as a front desk agent, receptionist, or guest service representative.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and reservation management systems is essential.
  • Ability to handle phone calls and manage stressful situations effectively.
  • Exemplary interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills are a must.
  • Availability to work on weekends is required.
