After a period of ninety days in this role, team members have the flexibility to adopt a hybrid work schedule, balancing time between the office and remote work.
Our Pharmaceutical Client Services team plays a crucial role in supporting our expanding business.Individuals demonstrating proficiency in their responsibilities will have the opportunity to advance to Level 2 and Level 3 positions, where they will independently manage workflow queues or segments of our customer base.
Members of our team are seen as the future leaders of our Account Representative and Sales divisions.Upon joining, a Pharmaceutical Client Services Associate will be responsible for order fulfillment, resolving complex customer inquiries, documenting customer interactions, performing data entry tasks, and executing additional assigned duties.
Comprehensive training is provided, both in classroom settings and through hands-on experience during the initial month of employment. New hires are paired with peer mentors to ensure support throughout the onboarding process. Most new associates achieve mastery of their role within the first six months.After this timeframe, they become eligible for increased responsibilities as Level 2 and Level 3 positions open up.
Employees may also qualify for Account Representative or Inside Sales Representative roles after successfully fulfilling their current position for one year.

The Pharmaceutical Client Services Associate reports to the Customer Experience Manager.This role involves delivering a positive customer experience through inbound and outbound inquiries, internal department requests, email communications, and online orders.
Responsibilities include monitoring and processing orders received through various channels, setting up customer accounts for web ordering, establishing customer pricing, compiling data for reports, documenting key interactions, and addressing customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.Strong typing skills (50+ words per minute) and proficiency in Microsoft Office and order fulfillment software are highly desired. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with sound judgment, are essential. Previous experience in a commercial pharmacy setting is preferred, along with a college-level 2-year degree.
Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday (7:00am – 4:00pm or 8:00am – 5:00pm)
