Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for scheduling perspective clients and building trust with them to schedule appointments at their convenience.

Responsibilities
  • Previous direct consumer sales experience, preferably in a phone sales environment
  • Strong phone and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Understands and has experience in a commission-only position
  • Must be able to work 5 days a week, with Saturdays preferred as part of the 5-day schedule
  • Shift: 10am - 7pm or 11am - 8pm, with a 1-hour lunch break
  • Maintains a daily log of calls and which department & type of call
  • Maintains a daily sold log to cross-reference Service Titan
  • Constant communication with department managers to find the biggest areas of need and missed opportunities
  • Logs which technician or salesperson is receiving the most revenue recovery
  • Keeps a log and reports any issues the client has, documenting through a task for the department manager if action is needed
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years cold calling experience
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Proficient outbound phone skills
  • Proficient written and computer skills
  • Highly self-motivated with a drive to succeed
