Ecommerce Partnership Specialist

We are a leading eCommerce company looking for a skilled Business Development Lead to drive our outreach efforts, onboard new brand partners, and nurture existing relationships. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the growth trajectory of our business.
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join a growing team and make a significant impact on our business. You will be responsible for developing and executing targeted outreach strategies to connect with decision-makers, building and maintaining strong relationships with brand partners, and facilitating the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.
Salary InformationThe estimated salary range for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
Responsibilities- Research and identify prospective brand partners that align with our expertise.
- Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to connect with decision-makers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with brand partners, ensuring their growth objectives are met.
- Lead negotiations with new brands to establish partnerships.
- Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.
- Stay informed on Amazon trends, competitor activity, and category dynamics to identify growth opportunities for partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement tailored strategies for each brand's success on Amazon.
- Regularly track and report on outreach efforts, partnership performance, and growth metrics.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in eCommerce, Amazon, or wholesale industries.
- Strong understanding of Amazon's marketplace and seller ecosystem.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently.
