- Provide strategic direction and motivation to the administrative team, ensuring alignment with clinic-wide objectives.
- Oversee task assignments and troubleshoot operational challenges, assessing the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
- Contribute to the development of operational and capital budgets, monitoring financial performance and compliance.
- Assess daily staffing requirements to ensure optimal support for patient care, adjusting assignments based on needs and departmental policies.
- Manage payroll processes for assigned staff, ensuring accurate recording of time and adjustments.
- Facilitate training on Electronic Medical Records (EMR) workflows to ensure staff proficiency.
- Supervise point-of-service collections and manage overdue balance processes, resolving discrepancies as needed.
- Perform additional related duties as required.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Proven experience in a leadership role, such as Team Lead, Supervisor, or Manager.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
- Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., standard work, 5S, root cause analysis).
