Position Overview:

This role is essential in ensuring that patients are accurately registered across all service lines. Responsibilities include verifying eligibility, obtaining necessary pre-certifications and authorizations, arranging financial plans, processing payments, and rectifying registration discrepancies. You will maintain strong communication with clinical teams to ensure seamless collaboration between patient access and clinical departments. Your role also involves providing exemplary service to both internal and external stakeholders, fostering respectful relationships.

Qualifications:

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
