Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Registration: Greet and interview patients or their representatives to obtain necessary information and signatures for treatment.
  • Information Distribution: Prepare and distribute patient informational materials while maintaining HIPAA guidelines.
  • Direction and Escort: Direct and/or escort patients to the appropriate department or floor.
Work Schedule

The Registration Representative will work a rotating schedule, with varying shifts to ensure adequate coverage. This may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications
  • No Experience Required: We provide comprehensive on-the-job training for the right candidate.
  • Desired Qualifications:
    • One year of experience in a healthcare setting.
    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
