The Registration Representative is a vital member of the Norton Healthcare team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to patients and their families. This role requires a strong ability to communicate effectively, work independently, and maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interview patients or their representatives to obtain necessary information and signatures for treatment.
  • Prepare and distribute patient informational materials while adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
  • Direct and/or escort patients to the appropriate department or floor.

Schedule and Availability

The Registration Representative will work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends, to ensure seamless patient flow and excellent customer service.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • No prior experience is required, as comprehensive on-the-job training is provided.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • One year of experience in a healthcare setting is desired.
