Position Schedule: PRN

Shift: Days

Role Overview:

This position is responsible for ensuring that patients are accurately registered across all service lines. Duties include verifying eligibility, obtaining necessary pre-certifications and authorizations, arranging financial plans, processing payments, correcting registration errors, and performing other related tasks. The role requires maintaining strong communication with clinical partners to ensure seamless interaction between clinical, ancillary, and patient access departments. A commitment to providing exceptional service to both internal and external clients is essential, as is the ability to maintain respectful relationships. Additionally, the role may involve providing PBX (switchboard) support as needed.

Key Contributions:

  • Actively seeks to enhance the responsibilities associated with the role.
  • Maintains effective communication with clinical partners to improve the patient experience.
  • Ensures timely coverage of assigned areas to provide prompt service for all registration needs.

Qualifications:

Required Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one year of relevant experience.
