  • Customer Service: Ensure excellent levels of customer service and properly handle guest complaints and concerns.
  • Talent Management: Responsible for talent management, including staff selection, development, retention, and promotion.
  • Team Motivation: Motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals.
  • Compliance: Maintain compliance with all state, local, and federal regulations, safety, and food quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and team building skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze and resolve problems exercising good judgment.
  • Adaptability: Ability to handle fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environments.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to increase store sales and profitability through operational improvement.
  • Certifications: Must be Serv-Safe certified.
  • Background Check: Ability to pass pre-employment (post-offer) background check.
  • Availability: Ability to work variable hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.

Education and Experience:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Kitchen Manager in the restaurant industry, preferred.
  • Certifications: Serv-Safe Certified.

Working Conditions:

  • Physical Demands: Ability to perform all functions at the restaurant level, including delivery when needed.
  • Work Environment: Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, lifting products and supplies weighing 45 pounds, and repetitive hand and wrist motion.
  • Equipment Operation: Work with hot, cold, and hazardous equipment, as well as operate phones, iPads, computers, copiers, and other office equipment.
