Restaurant Kitchen Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Kitchen Manager to join our team at Lloyd Products Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily kitchen operations of our restaurants, including food preparation, inventory management, and staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Develop and implement effective kitchen procedures to ensure high-quality food products and efficient operations.
  • Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a restaurant kitchen management role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve operational issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, culinary arts, or related field preferred.
