About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Veterinary Sales Territory Manager to join our team at Ceva Animal Health. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leveraging relationships and growing business in an assigned geography by selling the full line of Ceva's Companion Animal products in veterinary clinics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales plan to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives through analysis of current sales revenue, market share, competitive activity, and opportunity.
  • Build and maintain relationships with entire clinic staff, including veterinarians, veterinary technicians, practice managers, front-office staff, and others.
  • Participate in local VMAs, Key Opinion Leader (KOL) dinners, conferences, and tradeshows to promote Ceva's products and services.
  • Negotiate with key decision-making buyers according to Ceva's commercial policy.
  • Complete administrative and sales reporting duties as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years proven track record in outside sales strongly preferred.
  • Must be willing and able to travel in plane or car for up to 8 hours per day.
  • Primary work location is making sales calls within a veterinary clinic.
