Randstad USA is seeking an experienced Sales Relationship Manager to join our team.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales and customer relationship management, with the ability to build and maintain key relationships with decision-makers across various departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers through strategic account reviews, regular communication, and proactive cold calling.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business objectives, including identifying new opportunities and promoting products to key stakeholders.
  • Provide technical support and information on engineered product solutions for customer applications, ensuring seamless execution of sales plans.
  • Prepare and submit timely call reports and expense reports, ensuring accurate account activities and updated literature are coordinated with the inside sales team.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in outside sales, with a proven track record of success in customer relationship management.
  • Sales skills, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
