We are seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Applied Visions & Software Design Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and revenue in the heavy-duty trucking industry.
About the Role:
- You will lead the development and execution of sales plans to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- You will build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and expand our market presence.
- You will work closely with our inside sales team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout the sales process.
- You will have a deep understanding of the fleet management landscape, including the challenges and pain points faced by fleet operators.
- You will provide consultative sales support to customers, helping them navigate complex sales decisions and identify solutions that meet their unique needs.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has a proven track record of success in direct sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the heavy-duty trucking industry.
- Has a deep understanding of the fleet management landscape, including the challenges and pain points faced by fleet operators.
- Is an exceptional communicator, with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Has a strong ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Is a team player, with a collaborative approach to working with colleagues.
