We are seeking a highly motivated Cabinetry and Millwork Sales Professional to join our team at GPAC, a leading search firm specializing in placing quality professionals across various industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling a range of styles and product models through the achievement of opportunity-based sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize market share.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, establishing strong relationships with customers and contractors.
  • Present estimates and proposals to clients, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues and continuous improvement of customer satisfaction levels.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to adapt sales strategies and capitalize on market opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5+ years of Outside Sales or direct to contractor sales experience with Cabinetry and/or Millwork.
  • Proficient in reading blueprints and cabinet layouts, as well as experienced in cabinetry design and field measurements.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Cabinetry software.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
