As a Retail Sales Representative with Advantage Sales and Marketing, LLC, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our world-famous brands to grocery-related customers. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our products are available to consumers at retail locations by fulfilling merchandising needs. You will work independently, managing your time efficiently and making sales calls to decision-makers in your assigned territory. Additionally, you will be responsible for building displays, making plan-o-gram adjustments, and suggesting new and out-of-stock items to increase sales volume through promotional activity.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must be 18 years or older, have some sales experience or a willingness to learn, and possess a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for daily travel. You should also be able to lift 25-50 pounds and manage your time effectively.
What We Offer:
As a full-time employee, you will receive a competitive starting wage of $17.00-$19.00 per hour, paid mileage and travel reimbursement, and access to earned wages. You will also be eligible for paid holidays, 401K, and benefits that can be customized to meet your family's needs.
