About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Representative to join our team at Tradesmen International. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development within the industrial and manufacturing sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and account management.
  • Client Relationships:
    • Buildd and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at industrial and manufacturing companies.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Metrics:
    • Sales Performance:
      • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
      • Meet or exceed sales quotas and growth objectives.
    • Client Retention:
      • Retain existing customer relationships through effective account management and communication.
      • Continuously evaluate and improve customer satisfaction levels.
    • Business Development:
      • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through market research, industry trends, and competitor analysis.
      • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth objectives.
