Senior Business Development Representative

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Representative to join our team at Tradesmen International. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development within the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
Responsibilities- Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and account management.
- Client Relationships:
- Buildd and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at industrial and manufacturing companies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Performance Metrics:

- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Meet or exceed sales quotas and growth objectives.
- Client Retention:
- Retain existing customer relationships through effective account management and communication.
- Continuously evaluate and improve customer satisfaction levels.
