About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Business Development Representative to join our team at Brandon Keene - State Farm Agent. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and developing customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products.
Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Requirements:
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
- People-oriented.
- Organizational skills.
- Self-motivated.
- Proactive in problem solving.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
