Position Overview:

This role is accountable for the formulation and execution of strategies and various initiatives within the credit card dispute operations framework. You will assist operational partners and dispute product leaders by effectively developing and maintaining operational protocols, closely monitoring dispute execution, and implementing risk management strategies to ensure compliance with procedural and regulatory standards. Collaborating with other business units and resources, you will establish requirements and solutions that support strategic and risk initiatives aligned with organizational priorities. You will ensure the stability of each project while mitigating business risks through the design of process and strategy modifications that enhance key performance indicators within your area of influence. Additionally, you will oversee team members, project timelines, and issue management activities while maintaining communication with management. You will also mentor and develop teams to identify, manage, and escalate risks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist operational partners and dispute product leaders by effectively developing and maintaining operational protocols and closely monitoring dispute execution.

  • Implement risk management strategies to guarantee compliance with procedural and regulatory standards.
  • Mitigate business risks while designing process and strategy modifications that enhance key performance indicators within your area of influence.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff/team members. Mentor and develop teams to effectively identify, manage, and escalate risks.
  • Collaborate with other business units and resources to establish requirements and solutions that support strategic and risk initiatives aligned with organizational priorities.
Minimum Qualifications:

To be considered, you should possess:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or Business/Data Analytics.
  • 6+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, Collections, Process Strategy, or Debt Collections.
  • Alternatively, 8+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, Collections, Process Strategy, or Debt Collections in lieu of a degree.
Preferred Qualifications:

We would also value:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or Business/Data Analytics.
  • 8+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, Collections, Process Strategy, or Debt Collections.
  • Project Management or Lean Certification is a plus.
  • Ability to compile, organize, and utilize data to address business challenges.
Compensation:
The base salary for this position typically ranges between $88,500.00 to $149,000. Additional incentives may be included as part of a competitive total compensation package. Factors such as geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may influence the salary for this role.
