Position Overview:


Our organization, a leading force in the Healthcare industry, is in search of a skilled and experienced Lead Financial Analyst to become a vital part of our finance team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the month-end closing process, ensuring all financial information is reported accurately and promptly.
  • Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis to identify and rectify discrepancies.
  • Prepare and record journal entries, ensuring all transactions comply with accounting standards.
  • Manage the allocation of expenses, ensuring accurate distribution to the correct accounts.
  • Supervise the handling of expense reports, ensuring proper authorization and recording of all expenses.
  • Maintain schedules for fixed assets, ensuring accurate recording of acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial and operational audits.
  • Develop and implement effective accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide financial insights and advice to senior management to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying complex financial information clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively, showing initiative and a proactive approach.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism, capable of handling confidential information responsibly.
