Overview of the Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst RoleThe Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst will assess, interpret, and track financial and operational metrics from diverse sources to support the achievement of strategic goals. Working in close collaboration with Finance, Accounting, and Business leadership, the Senior Analyst will develop financial models, prepare forecasts, and conduct research and analysis tailored to business requirements. Proficiency in various financial functions such as planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting is essential. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities are crucial, along with the ability to present financial data and models in a clear and effective manner.

- Manage forecasts at both the company-wide and divisional levels.
- Prepare monthly budget-to-actual and forecast-to-actual analyses, along with monthly reporting of key metrics and KPIs to support organizational objectives.
- Compile cost reports, operational analyses, and profitability models for various business units and product lines.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to assess the performance of key sales metrics and enhance forecasting accuracy based on customer pipeline data.
- Work alongside operational leaders to evaluate project implementation and ongoing costs to enhance project profitability analysis.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and implement best practices that yield valuable insights and analyses.
- Assist in the development and review of capital expenditure and project budgets.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of operational models.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related analytical field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in maintaining a three-statement financial model and cash flow projections, with a preference for 4-6 years in corporate FP&A or a similar capacity.
- Familiarity with GAAP principles and accounting practices.
- Ability to communicate financial information effectively to a non-financial audience.
