In this position, the ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in accounting principles and financial evaluation to deliver insights that inform strategic business choices.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Financial Analyst at Revology Cars LLC will be responsible for the precise and timely preparation of financial documents, thorough examination and assessment of the company's financial records, and ensuring adherence to financial reporting standards and accounting protocols.
Key Duties Include:
1. Generate comprehensive financial reports utilizing income and expenditure data.
2. Maintain transparency regarding the company's financial health based on current financial status.
3. Reconcile bank statements and bookkeeping records monthly to guarantee accurate reporting and ledger upkeep.
4. Conduct evaluations of capital investments.
5. Oversee income and expenditure accounts.
6. Prepare and submit tax filings and other financial obligations.
7. Propose strategies to minimize costs and maximize revenue.
8. Prepare documentation for external audits.
9. Analyze financial statements for inconsistencies and notify the CFO as necessary.
10. Coordinate biannual audits and assist the CFO in audit processes.
11. Supervise the bookkeeping team.
12. Monitor and manage the company's cash flow to ensure optimal liquidity.
13. Contribute to the development of financial forecasts and budgets to support the company's financial planning.

We are the first company ever licensed by Ford Motor Company to manufacture new reproduction Ford automobiles and are currently the only entity globally authorized by Ford to produce new reproduction 1960s Mustang models.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
- CPA certification or active pursuit of CPA designation is advantageous.
- A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in accounting.
- Proficient in ERP systems; familiarity with SyteLine CSI is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Salary range is $76.7k-93.6k.
- 10% performance-based bonus.
- Company-sponsored medical, dental, and vision insurance along with an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
- 401(k) plan with up to 4% company match.
- Three weeks of paid vacation plus one week of sick leave.
- Paid holidays include Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.
