Job Summary

This position is responsible for providing support to the Marketing and Communications Team. The role will assist with providing insight into the Naropa experience through photography, multimedia projects, and graphic design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take campus and classroom photos, as assigned.
  • Process photographs with Adobe Photoshop.
  • Organize photo releases from students, staff, and faculty, as needed.
  • Upload photos to a photo server.
  • File and organize photos, as per Naropa naming conventions.
  • Tagging photos within the Digital Asset Manager (DAM) to aid in searching for images.
  • Resize images for use on the Naropa website.
  • Assist with graphic design tasks and layout for campus communications, as needed (posters, flyers, digital billboards, etc.).
  • Coordinate departmental projects, which may include interface with other Naropa departments, external agencies, or community members.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Interest in sales and marketing and/or a willingness to learn.
  • 1-2 years' experience in photography.
  • Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva knowledge helpful.
  • Familiarity with both MAC and PC a plus.
