About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Account Executive to join our team at ALLO Communications. As a Business Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the expansion of our business, growing our customer base, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell our innovative Fiber Optic Internet, Fiber TV, Cloud Based Phone Systems, Cybersecurity, and Managed IT Services to new and existing customers.
  • Prospect and generate leads for new business sales opportunities in the assigned network area.
  • Present and promote ALLO's fiber services to potential customers, effectively communicating the benefits and features of our offerings.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments and understand customers' requirements to tailor the best solutions for their specific needs.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities, managing the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales strategies and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position ALLO services in the marketplace.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports on sales activities and results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent ALLO and generate leads.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay updated on new technology developments related to fiber services and business technology solutions.
Requirements
  • 3 years of proven track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding sales goals.
  • Experience driving business growth in an outside business to business sales environment.
  • Previous experience in telecommunications infrastructure, fiber internet services, or related technologies is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficient in using sales CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Customer-focused mindset with exceptional customer service skills.
