About the Role:
TalentBridge is seeking a highly skilled Executive Coordinator to join our team in Charlotte, NC. As an essential member of our operations team, you will provide administrative support to senior management, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling for senior management with precision.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, process expense reports efficiently.
- Collect, organize information for executive decision-making.
- Respond to correspondence, including emails and physical mail.
- Plan and execute meetings, off-sites, and corporate events.
- Prioritize objectives, projects, and activities effectively.
- Maintain professionalism while handling sensitive information.
Requirements:
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Visio.
- Minimum 2 years' experience providing senior-level administrative support.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous banking industry experience (not required).
- No specific education requirement; relevant experience valued.

Benefits and Compensation:
