Job Title: Executive Coordinator

About the Role:
TalentBridge is seeking a highly skilled Executive Coordinator to join our team in Charlotte, NC. As an essential member of our operations team, you will provide administrative support to senior management, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling for senior management with precision.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, process expense reports efficiently.
  • Collect, organize information for executive decision-making.
  • Respond to correspondence, including emails and physical mail.
  • Plan and execute meetings, off-sites, and corporate events.
  • Prioritize objectives, projects, and activities effectively.
  • Maintain professionalism while handling sensitive information.

Requirements:
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Visio.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience providing senior-level administrative support.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous banking industry experience (not required).
  • No specific education requirement; relevant experience valued.

Benefits and Compensation:

The salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Our company offers a dynamic work environment where your contributions directly impact team success.
