Job Overview

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:

The Treasury Management Implementation Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the Treasury Management division by facilitating the integration of products and services, as well as managing new business deposit accounts. This position also provides essential assistance to business members regarding treasury management offerings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver prompt and knowledgeable treasury management support to both members and internal stakeholders, showcasing expertise in all treasury management products and services.
  • Prepare and execute agreements and documentation related to treasury management products and services.
  • Open business deposit accounts under the guidance of the Treasury Management team, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
  • Oversee the setup and maintenance of treasury management products and services within the relevant systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee the successful onboarding of new treasury management clients.
  • Organize and conduct training sessions on treasury management products and services for members, including equipment installation.
  • Engage in meaningful discussions with members to identify their needs and promote additional products and services; refer them to internal partners as necessary.
  • Ensure the accurate collection of treasury management fees while adhering to waiver and exception policies.
  • Compile and prepare member-facing relationship reviews and risk assessments.
  • Assist in the research and completion of Requests for Proposals (RFP).
  • Support annual ACH and other regulatory audits as required.
  • Maintain logs and reports related to departmental products and usage.
  • Assist with account analysis proformas and the development of sales presentations and other materials.
  • Process requests for mobile deposit, RDC, and ACH limit adjustments.
  • Help members with new business credit card applications, payments, and limit increases.
  • Work with internal partners to submit unauthorized debit/credit card transactions and ACH/check affidavits.
  • Stay informed about NACHA regulations, compliance, and security requirements.
  • Update departmental policies and procedures as directed by the VP of Treasury Relationship Management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in treasury management implementation, operations, or a related field.
  • Proficient understanding of treasury management solutions and operations.
  • Familiarity with financial institution platforms and systems; experience with Fiserv Premier is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple detailed tasks with a sense of urgency and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and contribute positively to the work environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Excellent customer service abilities, with a proven track record of exercising sound judgment and de-escalating issues when necessary.
  • Capability to work independently, manage time effectively, and multitask.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Must be bondable.
