Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Controller to join our team at Quest Global. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of production processes, managing inventory levels, and coordinating with suppliers to meet customer demands.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, inventory control, and production planning. You will be responsible for developing and implementing production plans, managing work orders, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving materials
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including production, engineering, and quality control teams
  • Monitor and analyze production metrics, including cycle time, throughput, and quality
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production-related issues
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or supply chain management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in SAP or other ERP systems, with ability to learn new software quickly
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
