About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Chiropractic Clinic Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a seamless experience for our members and patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to members and patients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage patient flow through the clinic, ensuring efficient and organized care.
  • Process transactions and maintain accurate patient accounts using point-of-sale software.
  • Participate in marketing and sales opportunities to attract new patients to our clinics.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date on membership options, packages, and promotions to effectively communicate with patients and members.
  • Uphold The Joint Chiropractic's core values of TRUST, INTEGRITY, EXCELLENCE, RESPECT, and ACCOUNTABILITY.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • At least one year of previous sales experience.
  • Strong phone and computer skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stand and/or sit for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
