Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar IT support role

  • Experience with ticketing software and remote monitoring and management solutions
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of IT service management frameworks and processes
