About the Role

Rippling is seeking a dynamic enablement leader to build and lead its International Enablement team. This individual will drive the team's growth into international markets, including EMEA, India, and APAC, and into Global EOR markets. The enablement leader will be responsible for identifying and codifying ideal sales processes, developing robust enablement programs, refining onboarding programs, and adapting to regional go-to-market differences.

This role requires a strong partnership with regional VPs of sales to ensure they have the necessary support to scale their sales efforts effectively. The enablement leader will also be responsible for customizing onboarding paths for each region and segment to ensure new hires reach their ramp targets effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the International Enablement team to support Rippling's expansion into global markets
  • Identify and codify ideal sales processes that drive go-to-market success
  • Develop and implement comprehensive enablement programs to establish best practices and SOPs across regions
  • Collaborate closely with regional VPs of sales to offer the necessary support for scaling sales efforts in their regions
  • Customize onboarding paths for each region and segment to ensure new hires reach their ramp targets effectively

Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Enablement, or a related field, with experience in international markets a plus
  • 2+ years proven track record of managing and growing high-performing sales or sales enablement teams
  • Strong understanding of how to scale go-to-market processes from individuals to large teams across diverse markets
  • Excellent go-to-market instincts and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new environments
  • Experience in creating and implementing effective enablement programs tailored to specific regional needs
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with international sales leaders and stakeholders

This role will receive a competitive On-Target Earnings (base salary + sales commission) + benefits + equity. The On-Target Earnings* for US-based employees will be 75/25 commission split for base/variable pay, and aligned with one of the ranges below based on location; see which tier applies to your location here.

A variety of factors are considered when determining someone's compensation-including a candidate's professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed below.
