Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Senior Manager to join our team. As a Tax Senior Manager, you will be responsible for providing tax advice and guidance to clients, managing tax compliance and planning, and leading tax projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tax advice and guidance to clients on tax planning and compliance matters
  • Manage tax compliance and planning for clients, including preparation of tax returns and other tax-related documents
  • Lead tax projects, including tax audits and tax controversy matters
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and provide guidance to clients on these changes
Requirements
  • 8+ years of public accounting experience or equivalent in law firms or industry
  • CPA, JD, LLM, or EA certification
  • Experience with C-Corps
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
