Inside Sales Representative Job Description

Our client, CareerPaths NW, is a leading supplier of lifting, rigging, crane, and marine project equipment. With a rich 88-year history and a strong reputation for excellence, they are based in Seattle and have played a significant role in notable projects like the West Seattle Bridge repair. They are now seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Representative to contribute to their growth and modernization efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote heavy lifting equipment, wire rope, rigging, and winches to clients in the marine, timber, and construction industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing consultative solutions and expert advice to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with invoicing, fabrication, and other internal teams to ensure seamless customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively meet client demands.
  • Work towards achieving sales targets and earning bonuses on a compounding scale.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in wire rope or the rigging industry, with a strong understanding of related products.
  • Ability to perform inside sales in a consultative manner, identifying and solving customer problems.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a desire to grow into outside sales or operations roles.
