Position Overview
The Customer Account Specialist plays a pivotal role in overseeing the complete Order To Cash cycle, ensuring timely order fulfillment in a Business-to-Business environment at either a national or regional level. This includes managing sales order processes for both domestic and international transactions, addressing customer complaints, resolving operational challenges, and maintaining proactive communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee customer orders, including both domestic and international requests, adhering to Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance: from order entry and confirmation to invoicing and follow-up until successful delivery, including documentation and resolution of any issues.
  • Process credit and debit notes related to sales orders or customer inquiries.
  • Manage and coordinate customer complaints and service requests linked to sales orders.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
  • Foster strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain within a B2B context.
  • Familiarity with domestic and international trade practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Experience with SAP systems.
  • Excellent business English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of effective communication across all organizational levels.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work well in a team environment.
Training and Certifications
  • Training in SAP systems.
  • Proficiency training in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
